Photo Pong Privacy Policy
Approiq B.V. (“Approiq”; www.approiq.com) provides the Photo Pong App (“Photo Pong”; www.approiq.com/photopong ) as a Freemium App at no cost and intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy is used to inform users about Approiq’s policies with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information related to the Photo Pong App.
If you choose to use Photo Pong, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that Approiq collects is used for providing and improving Photo Pong. Approiq will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Photo Pong collects and stores User Account Information.
Users can use Photo Pong anonymously and will not be traced by Photo Pong.
Approiq will not make any effort to personally identify Photo Pong users.
Users can create a Photo Pong account without providing their email address.
Approiq will, however, store User Account Information about the user accounts and their usage.
In addition, third-party solutions and services that are linked into the Photo Pong App may collect Personal Information from Photo Pong users.
For each Photo Pong connection between two users, only the very last photo that has been exchanged between the users is stored. All earlier photos are deleted from the Photo Pong servers. Approiq will never use user photos outside of Photo Pong in any way.
Approiq earns money in Photo Pong by showing advertisements and via in-app purchases of tickets and premium upgrades, which enable users to use Photo Pong without viewing advertisements. Approiq does not (and will not) sell any Personal Information to third parties.
Information Collection and Use
While Approiq collects User Account Information about your usage of Photo Pong with your account, Approiq does not collect personally identifiable information and shares the User Account Information only with the service providers that are mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Approiq is not interested in who is using Photo Pong; all User Account Information remains anonymous. Approiq recommends that you choose a username that does not allow you to be identified personally. The collected information will be retained by Approiq and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Photo Pong does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
Approiq collects error-related data and information (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of Photo Pong, the time and date of your use of Photo Pong, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
Photo Pong does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, Photo Pong may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse these cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of Photo Pong.
Service Providers
Approiq may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate the underlying service enabling the Photo Pong functionality;
- To perform Photo-Pong-related services; or
- To analyze how Photo Pong is used.
Users of Photo Pong should be aware that these third parties have access to User Account Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them by Approiq. However, they are obligated to not disclose or use the User Account Information for any other purpose.
Security
Approiq values your trust in providing us your Personal Information and therefore strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable and that Approiq cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Especially as part of the advertisements it displays, Photo Pong may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Please note that these external sites are not operated by Approiq. Therefore, Approiq strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Approiq has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Photo Pong does not specifically address anyone under the age of 13, even though Photo Pong can be used by children under 13, as users do not need to provide their age when creating their Photo Pong account. Approiq does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case Approiq discovers that a child under 13 has provided Personal Information via Photo Pong, Approiq will immediately delete this information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Personal Information via Photo Pong, please contact Approiq at privacy@approiq.com.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Approiq may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Approiq will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at this location.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2021.
